About this release
Sleeper Current is a hypnotic instrumental built around a warm locomotive groove. Dry clicks, shuffled hats and metallic ticks weave through a steady 124 BPM pulse, with light synth bass, a quiet didgeridoo drone and scattered khomus twangs underneath. A small repeating melody holds the track together as subtle rhythmic changes keep it moving. The long intro settles into an unhurried journey, then the layers gradually disappear into a slow fade.
