die nmi!

die nmi! – short for "die nicht maskierte irrtum!" (Irrtum, the unmasked one) – makes strange but groovy music across the entire spectrum of underground genres, from halftime bass and punk to Irish folk, harsh noise, IDM, grind metal, EDM, acid, schlager, tekkno, chiptunes, and whatnot. He calls his music "elektrische Kartonkunst" (electric cardboard art). Active since 1988 under various names, he has released seven cassettes and several multichannel MODs in the demo scene. As die nmi!, he has released five albums, one EP, and several singles since 1999.
